Joan has more than 25 years of copywriting experience including the crafting of hundreds of original, measurably effective direct-response mailings, advertisements, descriptive brochures, flyers, radio spots, billboards and dozens of emails, online ads and websites. Joan and Consumer Financial have worked together since 1994. Prior to that, Joan was a copywriter and product manager for Providian Financial and First Deposit Corporation. Joan has a BA in English from Stanford University.
