Key Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements and projects from start-up to completion. This includes:

  • Participation in development of project proposals—defining project approaches, timelines, budgets, and other
    business considerations.

  • Management and coordination of multiple stakeholder needs.

  • Monitoring of large, complex projects so that they remain on time, within budget, and within predetermined service
    level agreement.

  • Creation of regular project updates, as well as substantial participation in the development of interim and
    final deliverables.

  • Leading or attending formal and informal client meetings and making presentations. (May involve overnight travel.)

  • Supervision of CFSC employees and sub-contractors.

• Proactively address changes in project scope and scale while operating in a fast-paced environment.

• Interact and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Assist with the design and execution of effective, compliant marketing campaigns (e.g., direct mail, telemarketing).

• Undertake desk and telephone-based research, including conducting client, competitor, and industry interviews and summarizing results.

• Conduct qualitative analysis of research findings and craft client recommendations.

• Ability to travel for business, as needed.

Education/Experience

A B.A. is required; M.B.A. (or M.A. in a field related to finance or marketing) is a plus. Must have three to five years of experience in a business setting. Financial services or marketing experience is highly desirable.

 

Candidate must be mature and able to deal with people at all levels, especially senior managers, and have the ability to express ideas clearly in writing. The successful candidate will be intelligent, flexible, and a creative problem solver with the ability to lead and direct others.
