ENTRY-LEVEL PROJECT COORDINATOR
Key Responsibilities

Support client engagements and projects from start-up to completion. This includes:

Working directly with the project team to execute and monitor large, complex projects.

Coordinating of multiple stakeholder needs.

Supporting the creation of regular project updates, as well as participation in the development of deliverables.

Scheduling activities and coordinating meetings.
-
Taking notes during formal and informal client meetings as well as internal meetings.

Tracking expenses and project hours.

Collaborating with CFSC employees and sub-contractors.

Provide timely and accurate service to clients.

Assist with the design and execution of effective, compliant marketing campaigns (e.g., direct mail, telemarketing).

Undertake desk and telephone-based research, including conducting client, competitor, and industry interviews and summarizing results.

Conduct qualitative analysis of research findings and craft client recommendations.
Education/Experience
A B.A. is required; familiarity with project coordination is a plus.
Candidate must be team-oriented and able to multitask within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. The successful candidate will be intelligent, flexible, and willing to learn.
