ENTRY-LEVEL PROJECT COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities

  • Support client engagements and projects from start-up to completion. This includes:

    • Working directly with the project team to execute and monitor large, complex projects.

    • Coordinating of multiple stakeholder needs.

    • Supporting the creation of regular project updates, as well as participation in the development of deliverables.

    • Scheduling activities and coordinating meetings.

    • Taking notes during formal and informal client meetings as well as internal meetings.

    • Tracking expenses and project hours.

    • Collaborating with CFSC employees and sub-contractors.

  • Provide timely and accurate service to clients.

  • Assist with the design and execution of effective, compliant marketing campaigns (e.g., direct mail, telemarketing).

  • Undertake desk and telephone-based research, including conducting client, competitor, and industry interviews and summarizing results.

  • Conduct qualitative analysis of research findings and craft client recommendations.

 

Education/Experience

A B.A. is required; familiarity with project coordination is a plus.

 

Candidate must be team-oriented and able to multitask within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. The successful candidate will be intelligent, flexible, and willing to learn.
