Effective Direct Mail
Client: One of the nation's five highest-volume direct marketers. Challenge: Streamline and improve client's direct mail packages. Solution: We reviewed focus group information, competitor packages, and client's existing direct mail packages. CFSC then developed three new package templates and recommended changes to streamline offer and refine positioning. Results: The client's new solicitation package, based on our recommendations, beat the control by more than 35%.
