Client: A leading bankcard issuer.

Challenge: Increase client's bankcard customer acquisition rates.

Solution: We reviewed the client's customer acquisition methods and recommended a number of ways to better leverage technology and credit reporting models. Our recommendations included the implementation of online credit bureau access to support client's telemarketing efforts.

Results: Our approach generated twice the number of credit card loans than the client's control.
