Mass-Customized Marketing

Client: A top-ten bankcard issuer.

Challenge: Introduce a differentiated marketing strategy to increase assets and improve account yield.

Solution: We began by describing the elements of mass-customized programs and providing case studies to illustrate effective tactics. We then conducted a workshop for Senior and Marketing Managers to provide hands-on experience with program design, implementation, and analysis. Working in cooperation with our client, we designed and implemented several successful tests.

Results: Our top-performing program beat the client's control by 400%.
