Private Label Credit Card RFP

The banking arm of a brokerage firm wished to issue private label credit cards to its clients. To help select the most appropriate card provider, CFSC managed the request for proposal process. Based on our experience with card providers and their programs, we selected participants, defined the program’s elements, evaluated participant responses, and helped the bank select an issuer. As a reslt, the credit card launched successfully and has provided the bank with a quality portfolio of high-spending cardholders.

New Market Penetration

A major credit card issuer wished to explore specific opportunities in the youth market. To aid the company in its strategy, CFSC conducted an extensive study of potential market demographics and opportunities as they relate to credit cards. We then developed high-level plans that reflect potential results for rollouts of successfully tested programs and provide program recommendations for each individual segment.

Consumer Interest in Professional Sports Affinity Card

To gauge consumers’ appetite for sports affinity cards, CFSC interviewed a large cohort of individuals who applied for a sports team-branded credit card at a sporting event. By analyzing cardholder perceptions of the application process, card satisfaction, and the importance of branding, card terms, and a rewards program, CFSC was able to provide detailed recommendations for a pilot program.
