Choosing Health Insurance Carriers and Coverage

CFSC assisted a leading health insurance provider in understanding how small businesses make decisions on health insurance carriers and coverage. To provide our client with insights into the likely evolution of the market and the potential demand for alternative products, we conducted a comprehensive survey of 50 human resource executives regarding their receptiveness to new product concepts. This allowed the client to update and refine its marketing strategy and product portfolio for serving small groups and working with brokers.

Marketing Annuities via Telesales

Working on behalf of a brokerage firm, CFSC created an outbound telephone marketing program that solicited additional annuity contributions from customers. We helped our client establish its first outbound telemarketing campaign by identifying a telemarketing firm, establishing a call flow, and writing scripts. The program yielded a sales rate in excess of 15%.

Trends in Credit Protection

CFSC conducted a comprehensive industry review of credit protection offered by both prime and subprime mortgage lenders and bankcard issuers. We investigated program metrics, value propositions, customer characteristics, and marketing tactics. Based on our investigation, we recommended broadening research to additional lenders and third-party providers to assess program profitability and understand more about marketing at loan closing.
