Credit Card Cash Back Program
To help our client determine whether and how to offer cash back rewards, CFSC investigated the cash back credit card programs of 20 competitors. We assessed market variations in value propositions and provided a comprehensive overview by researching the specific terms of each competitor’s program.
Bank RFI for Loyalty Rewards
CFSC drafted a request for information (RFI) for a national bank’s loyalty rewards business. We invited appropriate vendors to participate in the RFI and evaluated their responses. Ultimately, CFSC recommended renewing the full-service contract with the existing vendor, but leveraged the RFI to gain concessions on merchandise fulfillment, gift certificate fulfillment, and travel fulfillment.
Sports Fan Rewards
CFSC proposed and researched the viability of five different rewards programs designed for cardholders of a sports-league branded credit card. We conducted interviews with five customer segments to understand the appeal of each potential program, as well as the current level of satisfaction with the existing product and the relative importance of each of its features.
