Best Practices in Credit Card Acquisitions
CFSC worked with four banks in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) to define acquisition processes, assess results, and identify areas of improvement. We investigated use of various acquisition channels, identified country-specific and LAC regional acquisition benchmarks to evaluate program performance, and uncovered best practices for branch sales, targeting potential customers, direct marketing, and telemarketing.
International Banking Expansion
CFSC analyzed opportunities for the international extension of a client’s investment and banking products. CFSC conducted a review of the client’s product portfolio and evaluated its international portability. After assessing the target market, we recommended products suited for expansion.
Outbound Telemarketing Training
A card issuer wished to implement an acquisitions training program for telemarketers based in India. To achieve this goal, CFSC designed an outbound telemarketer guide, a moderator’s guide for training sessions, a product knowledge quiz, a general financial knowledge exam, and a call center training script.
