Direct Mail Package Review

To facilitate a seamless direct mail development process, CFSC created comprehensive style guide for a major credit card issuer. We provided guidelines, tools, and insights for writing, designing, and producing effective direct mail acquisition materials that took the guesswork out of agency projects and shortened review and revision cycles.
Activation-Focused Welcome Kit
A prepaid debit card issuer wished to increase activation rates on mailed cards. CFSC redesigned the welcome kit, adding a brochure that clearly and simply explained the activation process, as well as a buckslip offering free card loading. As a result, the issuer experienced a 15% lift in activation.
