Driving Debit Card Usage
An online bank in Asia asked CFSC to provide suggestions for increasing its customers’ use of debit cards. CFSC prepared and delivered an interactive workshop for bank managers that drew upon best practices from the United States and around the world, yet considered the bank’s unique challenges related to location, demographics, and channel. Managers completed the workshop with a concrete “to-do” list designed to drive usage.
Designing a Training Guide
CFSC designed and implemented a telesales test to understand how to deliver mass-customized offers to inactive credit card holders and provide learnings about their lack of activity. Our revamped program resulted in a contact conversion rate of up to 15% and an average balance conversion amount of over $3,300.

A brokerage firm needed a comprehensive suite of materials that financial advisors could use to educate clients. Interactive Investment Workshop
CFSC developed a training program for an investment broker’s telephone sales efforts. We wrote inbound and outbound call scripts for all products, an overall training guide, and a customer service workbook.
